I’m looking for someone to take over my lease at The Green on Campus Drive, which is right across the street from UVU. It’s one of the nicest student housing options in the area — the apartments are clean, modern, and the whole complex is really well-maintained. The location makes it easy to get to campus or anywhere else in Orem, and the overall setup is way better than most other places nearby.

About the room:
The room I’m in is one of the larger bedrooms in the unit, and it makes a big difference. It’s only about $30 more per month, but you get way more space compared to the other rooms — more room for a desk, better layout, and just a more comfortable setup overall. It’s totally worth the small price difference. The big rooms usually sell out very fast.

Two new roommates will also be moving in. If you'd like to make sure you match well with them, The Green offers an app called RoomSync, which helps you find roommates based on your preferences before moving in.

You’ll be living with one current roommate who’s young and starting his second year at UVU. He’s easygoing, likes watching sports, and is down to hang out. I’ve really enjoyed living with him and I’ll definitely miss having him as a roommate.
